Ordered and their accepted. But delivery driver asked me for code or he wouldn't bring my food. And he stole everything and never arrived. I'm disabled and starving. No food at home. Don't know what to do. Crying my eyes out

Went to Mc D in Scotland on my way down home when got to burnley i stopped again and because I had a scotish note what I got in my change in Scotland they wouldn't let me pay for my food and refused to take the note what they give me so I had to leave all my food so I went next door to KFC and they let me spend the British Sterling money what MC D had given me

I came by the drive through at 11:37 and there was an Asian girl on the mic who was extremely rude. We asked for fish o fillet meals and one without cheese she then asked what we said so we repeated it and she told us to ‘chill out’. She did not come by the window and walked off and had gave us the burger with cheese when specifically asked without as I am allergic to cheese luckily we had opened it to check. Unacceptable behaviour and rude member of staff.

Today was the worst experience at McDonalds I have had in a long time . Slow service, luke warm drinks, not the usual friendly faces. Disappointing.

Foods always greasy, always get parked up, always forget something. Only care about making their drive thru times down. Disgusting.

Saw rats from the outside, might be the workers or the actual animals not sure but still improve your hygiene please Maccies.
In addition to this I ordered a fillet o fish and the fish was still alive, when I told this to a manager I think he was called Dave he told me to grow a pair and gave me a semiautomatic rifle to kill it.
I shall not be returning :(
